Hello and welcome to Access Health Therapy. Home to a unique therapy experience, where the therapy is tailored to the individual and not a one size fits all technique. We re-wrote the textbook and adapted the best of all available techniques to provide a unique experience for the client that just wants to see a positive result.  Our toolbox includes Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Mindfulness and Meditation, Psychosensory Therapy, Integral Eye Movement Therapy, utilising Biofeedback and Sound Therapy.

Access Health Therapy is based in Rugeley next to Cannock Chase an area of outstanding natural beauty, in mid-Staffordshire. It is within easy travel distance from the West Midlands / Black Country. Walsall, Wolverhampton, Wednesfield, North and East Staffordshire. Stoke, Stafford, Stone, Uttoxeter and Burton upon Trent. Lichfield and bordering areas within a 30-minute drive include Sutton Coldfield and Telford and Derby City.

As Access Health continues to grow and evolve it has become painfully obvious that those most in need of therapy are those that struggle most with finding the funds to afford private therapy. This has been addressed by offering OAP, Students, Veterans and Uniformed public services a 50% discount on sessions.
